I am not Igbo. I will not be in the next life either. I am IJAW and I love being IJAW and will choose IJAW again if I have the opportunity to choose ethnicity in my next life if at all there is. But the problem Igbo is facing now is my problem first before theirs. They are fighting my war. They are defending my integrity.
This freedom is not for them alone but for us all.
The day we stop seeing Igbo as Biafra and Biafra as Igbo that is the day our youths will stop being restive and peace will return to our region.
Our fathers supported Hausa Fulani and killed Igbos. Today how far? Their grandchildren are fighting Hausa Fulani army in the creeks and herdsmen are killing the civilians.
We must be wise. Making same mistake your fathers made is foolishness. You should learn from your father’s mistakes not repeating them.
